Create, edit, filter, and monitor user accounts

Users are the accounts that receive subscription links and proxy access. A user combines identity, traffic limits, expiry, groups, and optional proxy-specific settings.

Create A User

  1. Open Users.
  2. Click Create User.
  3. Set the username and account status.
  4. Choose the groups that decide which hosts the user can access.
  5. Set data limit and expiry.
  6. Add proxy settings only when this user needs custom values.
  7. Save the user, then open the subscription view to copy the link or configs.

If many users should share the same defaults, create a User Template first and use it during creation.

Important Fields

  • Groups control host and inbound access.
  • Data limit controls the traffic quota.
  • Expire date controls account validity.
  • Status controls whether the user can connect.
  • Proxy settings can override defaults for protocols such as WireGuard.
  • Subscription gives the user a link or generated configs.

Status Meaning

  • Active: the user can connect if groups, hosts, and nodes are valid.
  • Disabled: the account is blocked manually.
  • Expired: the expiry time has passed.
  • Limited: the data limit has been reached.
  • On hold: the account is waiting for its start condition or policy.

Subscription Actions

Open the user's subscription view to copy the subscription link, copy individual configs, show QR codes, or revoke the subscription. Revoking a subscription invalidates the old link and forces the user to use the new one.

Good Practices

  • Use groups instead of manually changing host access per user.
  • Use templates for repeated plans.
  • Use Bulk Operations for large changes.
  • After changing WireGuard settings, verify peer IPs are unique.
  • If one user cannot connect, compare their groups, status, expiry, and subscription output with a working user.
